        After using the two different brands, I find that Shadybrook has much less liquid than the big name brand. So three pounds of turkey from shadybrook gives your more meat and less water. Just my opinion.

        Flavor is fine, however there are gnarly grizzle bits in every tiny bite I take. I had bariatric surgery and have been instructed to start with ground turkey and chicken. The hard large bits of grizzle in every bite is nauseating and I cannot digest so for me very bad. Like I said, flavor is fine, just texture I have an issue with.
